PUNCHED OPENINGS

For punched openings, they can be small or large, we offer the following:

Window Models:

• Holta is our all-wood model.

• Brooklyn Double Hung is our Holta model in a double-hung configuration with tilt+turn operable unit.

• Lauda is our standard, wood aluminum-clad model.

• Vitra is our sash-integrated, wood aluminum-clad model.

All the PREMIUM frames meet the German Passive House-Standard.

• Vitra Frameless is an ‘invisible’ framed, fixed-window model.

• Raico FRAME-75 is our aluminum window model.

The Raico FRAME-90 is our aluminum window model meeting the German Passive House-Standard.

Patio Door Models:

• Single and double French Patio Doors in Holta, Lauda, Vitra and Raico FRAME 75; these use the respective window frames and have a door sill. They come with either a door hinge or the Tilt & Turn window hinge.

• Folding Patio Doors in Holta, Lauda and Raico FRAME 75.

• Lift+Slide Patio Doors in Holta, Lauda, Vitra and Raico SLIFT.

• swissFineLine-S frameless patio door.

Entry Door Models:

• Single and double Entry Doors in Holta, Lauda, Vitra and Raico FRAME 75. These use a wider style to accommodate a multi-point locking system and a door handle on the interior and exterior. They are made as Stile+Rail doors or Solid Slabs doors and can be almost any design you can imagine.

CURTAIN WALL

For very large opening which require narrow profile, or with respective wind loads, we typically recommend considering our Raico curtain wall system, using either the Raico-HI Wood system or the Raico-AI Aluminum system.

For operable units, all of the above window and door systems can be incorporated into the Raico system.

We and our partners share a passion for beautiful design and performance. This means we have a deep understanding that all things have their limits and going to the limit requires skills, detail planning, clear risk management, appropriate funds, and a great team working together. In a glazing world were size is the current trend, here’s an example. Where typical float glass is produced in sheets of 6000mm x 3200mm (236” x 126”) and some make 8000mm x 3200mm (314” x 126”), our swissFineLine-S partner has a manufacturing capability of the latter.
